Products & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary. We may update prices, products or offers at any time.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received via Razorpay. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs); in such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered through Shiprocket. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location. Free shipping applies on prepaid orders above the threshold shown at checkout.
Returns & refunds — within 7 days
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging — or the item must have arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- To start a return, email hello@luvia.in within 7 days with your order number (and photos, for damaged/incorrect items).
- Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Luvia and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our products are cosmetic and intended for external use. Always patch-test and follow the usage directions. To the extent permitted by law, Luvia is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the site or products.
